Here at K.S.C Academy, we strongly believe that before someone enters the teaching profession s/he must initially love children and have a love of learning and be willing to openly share this passion with children and adults alike. They need to have a core set of beliefs that all children are worthy of respect and a chance to better their lives through the gift of learning. Furthermore, they ought to understand that it is their duty to serve as the child's support system. Teachers ought to have an awareness of the need to provide a non-toxic, positive learning environment where children feel safe, respected, challenged and inspired.
